What does Blueberry & Norfolk Lavender Conserve taste like?

Why we like it
Blueberry and lavender isn't necessarily the first combination you'd think of when choosing a conserve – which is probably one of the reasons we like it.
Blueberries bring plenty of rich, dark fruit character, while the lavender introduces something altogether lighter and more fragrant. Importantly, neither fights for attention; instead, they complement each other rather nicely.
There's also something particularly appropriate about using Norfolk-grown lavender in a preserve handmade here in Norfolk. It's not simply a product made locally – one of the ingredients actually helps give it a genuine taste and character of the county.
