The Norfolk PX is one of the most luxurious and much-loved expressions from The English Whisky Company, crafted at St George’s Distillery — The Home of English Whisky. Matured exclusively in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks, this whisky absorbs the full depth, sweetness and complexity of the world’s richest sherry style.
The result is a decadently smooth single malt overflowing with luscious notes of raisins, figs, sticky toffee pudding, chocolate, oak and warm spice. The palate is velvety and indulgent, with a long finish that leaves behind layers of dark fruit and sherry richness. It’s a superb example of how Norfolk barley, expert distillation and world-class cask ageing can come together to create a whisky of remarkable character.
