Some beers make a lot of noise. Others let their flavours do the talking. Duration Brewery Fishermen is very much in the second camp.
Brewed in Norfolk by the independent team at Duration Brewery, Fishermen is a beautifully balanced 5.2% pale ale that celebrates the more delicate and intriguing side of modern craft brewing.
The secret lies in the combination of Cashmere and Loral hops, two varieties that bring a wonderfully nuanced mix of floral aromas, fresh herbal notes and a gentle citrus lift. There's a lovely hint of lemon, followed by soft, mellow melon flavours that give the beer a refreshing, almost effortless character.
At 5.2% ABV, there's just enough strength to allow those subtle hop flavours to shine without overwhelming the palate.
