Handmade by the Cornish Gouda Company, this award-winning cheese is the result of one family’s bold decision to save their dairy farm by crafting cheese instead of selling up. Originally from the Netherlands, the family moved to Cornwall in 1998. After struggling with years of poor milk prices, it was youngest son Giel who returned from college, saw the For Sale sign, and decided to change their fate through cheesemaking.

Made exclusively from the milk of their own pedigree herd, born, reared, and grass-fed on their Cornish farm, this Gouda-style cheese is firm, rich, and nutty, with a classic smoothness and a modern British character.
