Handmade by the Cornish Gouda Company, this award-winning cheese is a true story of transformation. Originally from the Netherlands, the Spierings family moved to Cornwall in 1998 to dairy farm. Faced with poor milk prices, they nearly gave it all up—until youngest son Giel returned from college, saw the 'For Sale' sign, and convinced his family to pivot into cheesemaking.

Crafted using milk from their own pedigree herd, born and raised on the farm, this Gouda-style cheese is firm, rich, and nutty. A traditional Gouda with a modern Cornish twist, it has a deeply satisfying flavour and buttery complexity.
