The first note comes from star anise, giving a gentle, fragrant lift, followed by warming tones of coriander and cassia bark that enhance the natural sweetness of British-grown carrots. Created by Candice Robertson and made in Norfolk using traditional methods, this is a chutney that’s as elegant as it is versatile.
Recognised for its depth of flavour, it was awarded a Great Taste Award by the Guild of Fine Food in 2015.
