Crafted by the Robinson family at their boutique vineyard near North Creake, this traditional-method English sparkling wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked at perfect ripeness to preserve freshness and finesse.

Delicate salmon-pink in colour, it opens with aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and rose petals, followed by gentle brioche notes. On the palate, it’s bright and lively — with red berry flavours, crisp acidity, and a fine, persistent mousse that gives a beautifully elegant finish.
