Solaris Black Label is Burn Valley Vineyard’s flagship white wine, and this vintage continues to impress. Made from carefully selected Solaris grapes, it is barrel fermented and aged for eight months in a combination of new and aged Hungarian oak. A partial malolactic fermentation adds roundness and a buttery richness that sets it apart from lighter white styles.

The nose opens with aromas of vanilla and subtle toasty oak, while the palate delivers a vibrant balance of citrus fruit, creamy texture, and warm oak tones. Full-bodied and richly layered, this wine is ideal for lovers of bold, structured whites with elegance and length.
