Marsh White 2023 is a vibrant and refreshing white wine from Burn Valley Vineyard, made from hand-harvested Ortega and Solaris grapes grown in East Anglia. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity of fruit, it was then gently aged in oak for four months, adding softness and subtle complexity to its lively profile.
On the nose and palate, expect vibrant citrus fruits, a clean line of crisp acidity, and a light, fruit-forward character that makes it endlessly drinkable. The oak ageing brings balance and texture without overshadowing the wine’s natural freshness.
