Handmade in Norfolk by Bon Bakery, these twice-baked Italian-style biscuits combine the natural sweetness of banana with rich, buttery pecans and chocolate to create something altogether more indulgent than the traditional biscotti.
The twice-baked texture gives them that all-important crisp crunch, while the combination of banana, pecan and chocolate brings plenty of flavour to every bite.
