Bon Bakery Almond Biscotti
Sometimes the simplest flavours are the ones that work best. Bon Bakery's Almond Biscotti put almonds firmly centre stage, with a satisfying crisp texture and rich, naturally nutty flavour.
Inspired by a Moroccan recipe and handmade in Norfolk, these twice-baked biscuits are made without butter, milk or eggs. The result is a lighter style of biscotti that's not overly sweet, but still has that all-important crunch that makes biscotti such a natural partner for coffee.
Simple ingredients, plenty of almond character and a proper crisp bite – exactly what you want when the coffee arrives.
How to Enjoy Them
Particularly good:
- Dunked into espresso or strong black coffee
- With mint tea or a traditional cup of tea
- Alongside a cappuccino or latte
- Served with fresh fruit or a simple dessert
- Straight from the packet when only something crunchy will do
Why We Like Them
There's nowhere for an almond biscotti to hide – and that's rather the point.

They have a good shelf life, too. Whether a packet of almond biscotti actually gets the opportunity to demonstrate that is another question entirely.
