Rather than chasing trends or relying on gimmicks, every beer is created with flavour, balance and drinkability at its heart.

The Stump Rat Story
Stump Rat Brewing Company was founded by Simon with a straightforward philosophy. Great beer doesn’t need to shout the loudest, wear the brightest label or follow every passing trend. It simply needs to taste exceptional and leave you wanting another glass.
Brewing from Hall Farm Barns at East Raynham in North Norfolk, the brewery has quickly established itself as one of the county’s most exciting new producers. Its focus is firmly on quality, consistency and beers that people genuinely want to drink rather than beers brewed simply to stand out on a shelf.
The range demonstrates that philosophy perfectly. Whether it’s the beautifully clean Umai rice lager or the tropical, double dry-hopped Skinny Dip, every release is carefully considered, allowing ingredients and brewing skill to do the talking.
At a time when many breweries compete to produce the most extreme beer possible, Stump Rat has chosen a different path: creating modern beers with huge flavour that remain wonderfully balanced and incredibly drinkable.
