How Much Cheese Do I Need for Christmas?
As a general guide, allow around 75–100g of cheese per person when cheese follows a substantial Christmas meal. Allow a little more if the cheeseboard is a major part of the occasion — or if you'd like leftovers.
What Goes on a Christmas Cheeseboard?
Variety is more important than quantity. Try combining a mature hard cheese, something soft and creamy, a blue and one cheese that's a little different. Add good crackers, chutney, membrillo or honey and let the cheese do the rest.
