Our Story

The Norfolk Deli was created by husband-and-wife team Mark and Rosie Kacary, who wanted to build the kind of food shop they longed for: personal, independent, and overflowing with local flavour.

From day one, the focus has been on:

Despite our growth, we remain a hands-on, two-person team doing everything ourselves — sourcing, packing, serving, tasting, writing, and helping customers every day.

With 70–90 cheeses available throughout the year, we offer:

Cheese is cut to order, customers can taste before buying, and we guide people in creating cheeseboards, pairings, and even wedding cheese towers.
