Kimchi by Belle & Herbs. Made using high quality ingredients to a traditional recipe but is entirely plant based. It has a medium spice level, with a bright sourness, spicy unique flavour & crunch!

Carefully made in 'micro-batches' by hand, Belle & Herbs use traditonal and newly developed recipes along with authentic ingredients to develop ferments that are perfectly flavour balanced, and appeal to a variety of tastes and levels of spicy appreciation!
