Hake is a succulent white fish which is preserved with the Mediterranean flavours of rosemary, capers and garlic, in extra virgin olive oil. This holy trinity of ingredients infuses the quality extra virgin olive oil that perfectly compliments this prized British fish. We highly recommend you try this unique can with some crusty bread to mop up all the delicious oil.

Our hake is harvested from the certified hake fishery in Cornwall, England. The certification it has gained means it is well-managed and sustainable.
