Il Contadini's Yellow Tomato Passata is a rustic and pulpy tomato sauce. Since the sauce is made 100% from tomatoes (no salt or preservatives are added) it has the aroma of freshly picked tomatoes and a full-bodied flavour. The yellow tomatoes make the flavour sweeter with lower acidity.
