Yarlington cheese is the product of experienced artisans David Jowett and Tom Oliver. It boasts a creamy, viscous texture and a complex exterior, washed in wild fermented cider and brine. This procedure gives it a unique pungency and fragrant, milky aromas, with an unmistakable farmyard flavour, harkening back to its French progenitor, Reblochon.
