Organic wild mountain capers (100g format) are one of Moulins Mahjoub's most popular preserves. Grown on the Mahjoub estate near Tebourba, the capers are the flower buds of a native Mediterranean bush that grows in the mountains of Tunisia. Unlike most commercial capers, Mahjoub’s capers are dried in sea salt to preserve their distinct flavour. We recommend the organic wild mountain capers in salad dressings, stews and fish dishes.
