Produced by the Garritano family in their small cioccolateria of Cosenza, these classic Calabrian candied clementine chocolates have been fashioned for Seggiano for over a century using a tried-and-true slow process of preserving fruits in sugar. The halved citrus is then drenched in 70% dark chocolate creating these simplistic yet heavenly dolcetti with a tantalizing hint of bitter zest and sweet citrus.
