A dry wine of 100% Chardonnay grapes, made by the Great British Classic Method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, 18 months on the lees to impart brioche flavours. The wine is dry and exhibits the clean bright linear nature of the unoaked Chardonnay grape. Flavours of apple, pear, and citrus. An aperitif, the wine also pairs well with canapés, smoked salmon, quail's eggs and asparagus.
