First and foremost this is very much a Gin. It has been traditionally distilled at the Black Shuck distillery using the London Dry method where all the flavours come from the natural botanicals incorporated at the distillation stage. The result is a super smooth Gin (what else do you expect from Black Shuck) with a velvety mouthfeel. The deep rich chocolate early notes are supported by the traditional juniper and angelica with a lingering sweet, nutty, pistachio finish.
Once you have tried a sip neat, or over ice, you may wish to add a tonic.
We recommend Fever Tree Indian Tonic or Fever Tree Light Tonic.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.
The cocktail options are endless and we would love to hear your ideas.
