This our first Bacchus fume and it’s a special one at that. Hand-selected grapes are given a gentle pressing followed by a slow fermentation in stainless-steel tanks then aged for four months in brand new Hungarian oak barrels. The resulting wine is well- balanced with hints of tropical fruits and a creamy mouthfeel and balanced acidity. 10.5%
