Cornish Hake with Seaweed & Butter Sea Sisters

Hake is a succulent white fish, perfectly preserved with butter and the subtly saltiness of dulse seaweed. This Conserva is best served warm, and therefore we strongly recommend placing the unopened can into freshly boiled water and waiting for a few minutes before enjoying on sourdough toast.

All our Conservas are handmade in small batches & lovingly packed in Dorset. 

What is the sustainability of this Conserva?

Our hake is harvested from the certified hake fishery in Cornwall, England. The certification it has gained means it is well-managed and sustainable.
