Produced in the Messinia region of Greece, the vinegar is matured for a minimum of 8 months with the final 4 months of the maturation process taking place in traditional oak barrels.
This versatile balsamic vinegar is a good, all-around alternative to our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena – it’s perfectly mixed with olive oil for dressings and marinades or for cooking and its light consistency makes it an excellent choice for dipping.
