Red Kite is an exciting new sparkling red wine on limited release from Chet Valley Vineyard. Initially available to leaseholders and club members. An explosive bouquet of secondary fermentation is evidenced on the mousse. The wine has great bubbles, aromas of cranberry and cherry, light tannins, and a good length. Goes well with Poultry and game and Christmas pudding. A great festive celebratory wine.
