Cheese Tasting Evening

We are delighted to be hosting a series of cheese tasting evenings where we hope to share our love and enthusiasm for one of mankind's greatest culinary inventions.

It never fails to amaze us how a single core ingredient is turned into a myriad of different tasting products. These events are for existing cheese lovers as well as those who are only starting on their journey of discovery. We will discuss the evolution of cheese, the differences between supermarket cheese and real cheese and of course what's a cheese tasting evening without the opportunity to taste and also buy some cheese?

We will be looking at the cheese taste wheel which is often used to describe flavours and their complexities. Our aim is to give you the tools you need to help you see cheese in a different light.

The price of the tickets includes crackers & fruit to help clean the palate as well as water, soft drink, and a glass of wine or beer.
