Henry Henderson blended the first batch of this famous Relish in Sheffield in 1885. More than 130 years later, and they are still a family business, and are still blending in Sheffield to a secret recipe, known to only three family members.
Our blend of tamarinds, cayenne peppers, vinegar, garlic, and cloves adds a unique spicy flavour to any meal.
Henderson’s Relish is approved by the Vegetarian Society as suitable for vegans and is gluten-free.
