A soft, creamy cheese with a slightly spicy taste. It ripens in cellars for at least 3 weeks and then continues ripening in the wooden box for a further 2 weeks.
Please note all cheeses are hand-cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can.
