This is a medium intensity harissa which can be added to any dish or spread on bread or bruschetta. It is an essential ingredient of the Southern Mediterranean cuisine.. We frequently use it in roasts and in particular with lamb or beef as well as salmon which we cover with the organic traditional harissa and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
