Rich honey from wildflower meadows combined with succulent fig, caramelised quince, juniper, verdant basil & ripe apricot as the catalyst for what is a classic London Dry Gin.

The recipe brings notes of delicate spice & warmth from caraway, frankincense & cinnamon, and the subtle earthy undertones of Orris & angelica root to create a full distinct flavour.
