The guys at Bullards believe that summer is too short, which is why they started experimenting with ways to make it last. Their aim was to distill and bottle the pure essence of the season so it could be enjoyed all year round. The final result; is this gorgeous Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin. Initially sweet to the taste thanks to the infusion of strawberries, the addition of black pepper adds a slight kick, rounding off each sip with a pleasantly dry finish. Summer in a bottle.
