Skegness Blue

At the heart of rural Lincolnshire lies Skegness Blue, only six miles from the nostalgic seaside town of Skegness. The makers' goal was to merge the tang and richness of Stilton, and they succeeded with this creamy, mellow blue cheese that boasts a lingering flavour and salty finish. Lymn Bank Farm is a family business creating cheeses since 2004, using locally sourced milk and traditional methods to produce delicious and flavourful products.
