The makers' goal was to merge the tang and richness of Stilton, and they succeeded with this creamy, mellow blue cheese that boasts a lingering flavour and salty finish. Lymn Bank Farm is a family business creating cheeses since 2004, using locally sourced milk and traditional methods to produce delicious and flavorful products.
