Sparkling dry wine of light rose golden colour, with red apple and strawberry flavour tones. The wine is made by the Great British Classic Method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine has 18 months on the lees imparting brioche flavours. A great aperitif but also pairs well with canapes, patés or summer fruits. Made from 68% Pinot Noir and 38% Pinot Meunière grown, and hand-harvested at Chet Valley Vineyard
