Following its popularity in 2021, Burn Valley Vineyard made their second dessert wine for 2022. Their late harvest Solar is made with our Solaris grapes, left on the vines to get the optimum sweetness. The grapes were gently pressed, fermented, and aged in stainless steel; honeysuckle aromas are followed by sweet, luscious stone fruits. Chill gently and enjoy with a Norfolk cheese board or caramel dessert.
