Hand harvested fruit from East Anglia. The '23 vintage is a blend of Ortega and Solaris, fermented in stainless steel then aged in oak for four months to balance the crisp acidity and vibrant citrus fruits. The resulting wine is light, fresh and fruity. 11.5% Vegan
