SALMON PATE WITH HORSERADISH
Part of a range of artisan British pâté and rillette made by hand on a farm in Bude, Cornwall. Unlike many other pâté products, they have produced busing locally sourced high-welfare meats, fish and poultry. Pork come from their own free-range Cornish Lop pigs which is used in the rillettes and cured products where possible.
