Our Norfolk PX is created by marrying 15-year-old Pedro Ximinez sherry with our single malt whisky. This is matured for a further 2 years in oak and the result is a drink that tastes like liquid Christmas pudding. For a unique twist to our Norfolk PX, we’ve infused it with distilled ginger which creates a wonderful warmth that makes it perfect for a hot toddy!
