Fielding Cottage is an award-winning small business based on a farm in the heart of Norfolk. The Steggles family has been making cheese in Honingham (near Norwich) since buying 10 milking goats in 2009. There are now approximately 800 goats on the farm. Winner of a Silver and Super Gold Award at the World Cheese Awards in 2014 placing this within the top 62 cheese's in the world. The newest of the cheeses from Fielding Cottage and it's going down a storm. Looks like a Brie, but unlike a Brie this is made with goat's milk. With a white rind this is a creamy brie style goat cheese. Suitable for cooking as well as eating on its own.
