Sainte-Helene Du Lac
A brushed rinded French mountain cheese delicious when cooked on a raclette machine. Traditionally served hot and melted over new potatoes and accompanied with a selection of charcuterie, cornichon and salads. It has a brown, leathery washed rind. A world-famous cheese.
