Notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and burnt caramel with a subtle taste of orange are all brought together with the rich taste of cocoa and are finished with the smoothness of Norfolk honey which heightens the finesse of this complex small-batch premium dark spiced rum. This has been triple distilled in a small batch copper alembics from natural pure treacly molasses. Norfolk Dark Spiced Rum has the same smoothness as the Norfolk Honey spiced rum but with a richer fuller flavour. No premium spirit should burn when sipped, just a delicate warmth which makes this rum perfect neat, try it over ice although it will work nicely with a premium mixer of your choice or an extravagant ingredient for a cocktail.
