MRS TEMPLE'S DELIGHTS

If you've visited Norfolk, you're likely to have tasted one or more of Catherine Temple's selections of cheeses. This cheese box brings together the most popular in her range. Please note all weights are approximate 

• Binham Blue -  (cow) 200g
  A very tasty blue cheese. Without a doubt the most popular Blue in Norfolk. Almost all of this cheese is sold exclusively in Norfolk. Rich and creamy, elements of a Stilton but with a much smoother creamier finish. 

• Copys Cloud -  (cow) 200g
  This cheese can be described as being somewhere between a Camembert and Brie. Slightly milder than both, this cheese does not pretend to be one or the other. A cheese which is very much its own master and very tasty too.

• Walsingham -  (cow) 200g
  This may look like cheddar but once again is it’s own unique cheese. 

• Gurney gold -  (cow) 200g
  Following a short period of non-production, new techniques have allowed this rind-washed cheese to make a comeback. This is an excellent English alternative to a Taleggio cheese. A good melter could even be used instead of or in combination with raclette or a reblochon for a classic Tartiflette

• Wells Alpine (cow) 200gm
  The cheese was created following an inspirational cycling holiday in the Alps. Made in a different way to create a hard skin, the nutty flavour of this cheese brings back memories of Swiss cheeses like a classic Gruyère or a Starnachas.
  
  
• Peter's Yard Crackers
  Crisp sourdough crackers. These crackers complement the cheese and not compete with it so that you can experience the pleasure of discovering the flavours as they are intended to be.

  Made with Medlar's grown in her garden Jane Stewart single-handedly has brought back the traditional cheese accompaniment to the cheeseboard with her flavoursome medlar jelly.
  
  
• Candi's Chutney 284g
  Candice Robertson's range of Norfolk-made chutneys is truly wonderful. Her seasonal chutney will be included with this hamper to ensure that there is always something different should you wish to order this cheeseboard more than once.
