Building on the success of its 2022 predecessor, Burn Valley’s Wild Ferment Pinot Noir returns with a beautifully expressive 2023 vintage. Crafted using native yeasts, this wild ferment approach allows the wine’s character and terroir to shine through naturally.

Aged in oak barrels for eight months, the wine opens with aromas of red cherry, subtle spice, and forest floor, leading to a palate of red berry fruit, fine acidity, and elegantly integrated tannins. Hints of oak add gentle warmth and complexity without overpowering its refined, fruit-forward style.

At 11.3% ABV, this is a lighter, food-friendly red that pairs perfectly with game birds, mushroom-based dishes, or a simple charcuterie board.
