• Wissington (approx. 200g) – a fresh, pecorino-style ewe’s milk cheese by Becky Enefer at Wilton Farm

• St Jude – soft, lactic and delicate, made by Julie Cheyney who has recently moved her cheesemaking to Norfolk

• Medlar Chutney – made by Jane Stewart, its sweet, gently spiced flavours perfectly complement this cheeseboard
