Deopham Blewe is made by Jane Murray at Willow Farm in Deopham near Wymondham. Hand made on the farm from the milk of 60 Friesland dairy ewes. A blue ewes milk cheese, which came to the market in 2016 and very quickly became one of our best selling blues. Milder in flavour than other ewes milk blues such as Roquefort. We would describe it as creamy and less salty in flavour than a Roquefort, with a more pronounced ewes milk flavour. If you're looking for something different then this is a great addition to any cheeseboard.
