Soft blue, pasteurised cow’s milk cheese refined with Zibibbo (Sicilian white dessert wine) and topped with dried figs and walnuts. Min. 2 months ageing. Lightly sweet with aromatic scents of almond and hazelnut, hints of smoked wood and coffee beans in the aftertaste.
Serve with a dry sparkling wine, on risotto or salads.
