Tangy, rich and with a satisfying bite, this is a traditional farmhouse cheddar, matured slowly in our cheese store for around 9 months.

This cheese is made with unpasteurised milk from our cow with calf, organic dairy farm. Cheese is cut to order to ensure freshness. Cheddar is best enjoyed within 5 weeks of cutting

Please note all cheeses are hand-cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can!
