Our Fig & Date Dressing is a luxurious blend of sweet date syrup, fig juice, and barrel-aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, all brought together with Norfolk’s own Yare Valley Virgin Rapeseed Oil. Originally created for salads in our café, it became such a hit that customers wouldn’t leave without asking for a bottle. Now, we’ve made it available to all. Drizzle over roasted veg, pair with blue cheese, or use to transform a simple salad. Vegan and gluten-free.
