Made with local heritage Chevalier malt, and hops grown at the brewery with their own unique cultures and blended with a selection of wild yeasts. This small-batch beer was aged in a whisky barrel from October 2018 - July 2020, when it was then bottled into sharer bottles.
It is a very fruity beer, balanced extremely well with the tartiness of the souring process it has undergone.
