Semi hard, yet extremely creamy pasteurised buffalo milk cheese refined with Glera grapes (Prosecco wine ). Min 6 months ageing.

Pleasant, sapid and sweet, delicate umami scent, with a persistent and long-lasting buffalo's milk aftertaste and a stronger wine cellar scent due to the Moscato wine. Perfect for appetisers or as a melting cheese.
